Dr. Westmore was the guiding force behind the design of the Lilly (then Covance) Preclinical Imaging Center. He was also instrumental in the development of the analytical tools enabling the use of Computed Tomography, MRI, and Ultrasound in preclinical models of musculoskeletal disease and oncology. The data generated by Dr. Westmore and his team were critical for a number of drug discovery projects. I highly recommend him without reservation.

I really enjoyed working with Dr. Westmore in the Applied Sciences team at IMRIS. Applied Sciences was a subgroup of scientists within R&D with a special mandate to develop and evaluate new technologies. Several patents were developed by this group and technologies were advanced to the product development funnel. Dr. Westmore has a particular strength in analysis which was critical for several projects to proceed to the prototyping stage. His good humour, passion for science and creative problem solving ability make Dr. Westmore a valued team member on any technical project.
